My Philosophy and Goal in life

My goals in life is to complete my degrees and become an educated person which can bring and lead the current and next generation to the other stage of well-living. As a future teacher, I would like to make sure that all my student would get an equal education, and balance requirement of living and learning. I do believe that a good human being is responsible and know how to value a life. in addition, the purpose of we are living in this world in to experiencing and revealing the good sense of life and appreciate little thing without abandon the basis things to be a balanced human being in life.

My philosophy of teaching is I believed that life is all about gaining knowledge and sharing what I have learned and gain with others. I think that education is a lifetime process of learning and building blocks developed in the early stages of life. Moreover, I do believe that lesson need to relate to real life in order to be useful for students. A good quality education comes from teachers who strive to prepare lessons that meet the needs of their student individually. Furthermore, an excellent teacher should always evaluate their lessons after they have been implemented and see what worked or not. They should make improvements where they are needed. Good education entails a teacher giving well-planned lessons that contain evaluations. I am saying that a good teacher should be well-skilled and knowledgeable about assessments used. For instance, I must be competent in using the obtained data from the assessment to improve my teaching so that all of my student can grasp all the necessary concepts. Lead to be a good teacher, I genuinely know that a quality education is when all of my students are successful and make progress no matter what level they are on. The greatest thing is to help improve someone’s life by teaching them how to learn effectively and to enjoy doing it.

For every human in this world, especially an educators, they have their source of inspiration and motivation in the progress of their teaching and so do me. I choose the quotes “The Roots of Education Are Bitter, but the Fruits Are Sweet” by Aristotle because it completely inspiring whoever had read the quotes. We know the fact that the beginning are always the hardest one but if we struggling to achieve the ultimate goals, we will completely satisfied with the sacrifice we do previously. I implemented these quotes as inspiration to become a source of encouragement to my students because every beginning is the hardest part. We've all felt how hopeless journey to success, so the I would used this passage to give momentum to force my students to remain determined and excited to be moving forward. This quotes not only can encourage teachers to motivate students, but also can encourage the teachers itself to do more to improve techniques and methods of teaching. Dedicated teacher is a teacher who is always looking for ways to improve their teaching methods to ensure that students get the maximum education.
